By accessing and using Athleo ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Athleo for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modifying or copying the materials
- Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Platform
- Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
If you create an account on Athleo, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
Athleo provides fitness and health coaching services for informational and educational purposes only.
- Services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fitness program
- Users assume all risks associated with physical exercise
- Coaches and specialists are not liable for injuries sustained during workouts
- Users with medical conditions must obtain physician clearance before participation
- You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for services purchased
- Billing occurs on the date specified at checkout and on each renewal date
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy and must be requested within 14 days
- We are not responsible for declined payments due to bank/card issues
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months unless otherwise specified.
For disputed charges or refund requests, contact support@athleohub.io within 14 days of purchase.
You retain all rights to content you upload (photos, videos, progress notes). By uploading content, you grant Athleo a license to use, store, and display it for providing services and analytics.
You agree not to upload:
- Illegal or copyrighted content
- Hate speech or abusive material
- Personal information of others without consent
- Sexually explicit or inappropriate content
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATHLEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, or use
- Injuries sustained during workouts
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months.
All content on Athleo including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software is the property of Athleo or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Athleo may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
You agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or coaches
- Spam or post unsolicited content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
- Reverse engineer or scrape the Platform
- Violate any laws or regulations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior
- Fail to pay for services
- Breach our usage policies
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Africa.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
