AIS-002 Rules Engine (12 rules)
Self-training users may swap exercises only within safe alternatives unless red-flag constraints exist
IF pain >=5/10 during exercise THEN stop or regress and flag coach if persistent
IF coach overrides AI exercise choice THEN store reason and outcome
IF technique quality below threshold THEN keep or regress exercise despite good readiness
Every exercise must link to adaptation, movement pattern, method, equipment, risk, progression/regression and contraindications
After session, store completion, RPE, pain response, performance output, soreness and next-day response
IF injury resilience <60 THEN block high-impact plyometrics, max sprinting and maximal lifts unless coach override
IF substituting exercise THEN preserve primary adaptation and movement pattern unless the reason is safety or equipment
IF readiness low THEN reduce complexity, velocity, load or impact before removing training completely
High CNS/high DOMS exercises must influence next 24-72h recommendations
IF building session THEN select exercise only after goal, phase, readiness, resilience and constraints are evaluated
IF required equipment unavailable THEN select ranked alternative with same intent and lower/equal risk
